"Teamwork is the secret that make common people achieve uncommon result." - Ifeanyi Enoch Onuoha, educator and bestselling author.
At 4:00 a.m. on Thursday, the team from Innsbruck woke up to a particularly loud alarm to ensure they didn't oversleep. Despite feeling dreamy, they were excited and anticipating their trip. They departed at 4:30 a.m. for Memmingen airport to catch their flight to Chisinau, which was scheduled for 9:10 a.m. However, due to a one-hour delay, the team experienced increased tension while on the plane. Nearly two hours later, Michael, Amy, Patricia, and Natalie finally landed at Chisinau airport at 1:00 p.m. local time.
Amy and Natalie were visiting Chisinau for the first time, and they were impressed as we drove to our hotel, giving them a chance to see the city for the first time. We checked in and took some time to settle into our hotel room before satisfying our hunger with a traditional Moldovan soup called borsch. Once we had finished our meal, we made our way to the office to meet our colleagues in person once again.
The atmosphere was lively and filled with excitement for the evening ahead. In order to properly commemorate our get-together, Natalia and Philip had arranged a dinner at a nearby restaurant, which later turned out to be a private party with all of our heart's desires - delicious food, a lively DJ to get the party started, and a photographer who captured the unforgettable memories of the night. We danced, laughed, talked, and celebrated until we were completely exhausted, eventually returning to our hotel or homes late at night.
After the enjoyable but tiring experience of the previous evening, we reconvened in the office the next day to exchange ideas and reflect on the night's events. In addition, we had some brief meetings and active discussions among the employees, allowing us to evaluate our current processes and identify areas for improvement to ensure that we deliver exceptional service. Our long-term objective is to offer a customer-oriented approach and personalized solutions to our clients, making it crucial to consider employees' perspectives and adjust work processes accordingly.
As the productive day came to an end, we bid farewell to our colleagues in Moldova, hoping that we will all reunite during the summer to celebrate Miviso's anniversary together.
As a way to conclude our visit to Chisinau, we dined in a small group, indulging in Moldova's regional delicacies. With the prospect of seeing each other again in the near future, we bid farewell to our remaining colleagues in Moldova and landed safely at Memmingen at 3:30 p.m. local time on Saturday.
