Our Solutions & Approach

The senior living facility in Switzerland is a building with regular shapes and a straightforward floor plan. It is set to be renovated and adapted for future use, while its standout feature, the unique glass brick windows, will be preserved as part of its modernized look.

For our experienced Archicad team, the building’s regular structure was fairly standard to model. However, given the specific requirements and high precision, we focused on adhering strictly to local standards.

Throughout the project, we maintained a thorough quality control process to ensure that the model would serve as a solid base for further planning and renovation. By closely reviewing every element—from walls to windows—we ensured that the model met the necessary criteria for accuracy and quality.

Although the project itself is relatively straightforward for our team, our goal was to create a reliable, high-quality model that would support the successful renovation of the building.
